Who is the blame for this? Was the guys actions justified? I have been in this situation before. I am wondering what the Law Enforcement, Attornys and regular folks have to say about this.

I think he was justified in his actions, but the judge will ask.."Why did'nt you just roll up the window?" I also agree with J-Bomb the video show him reaching in the window throwing punches. Spitting on someone is also considered assult, especially nowadays with AIDS and HEP-C. I think I would've jumped out when he was approaching in that manner. There's no way of confusing his intentions.

Personally, I feel one should have the right to defend yourself and your property. I know you can ONLY use the amount of forse used against you. I.E., you can't jump on him after that knockdown hit and start pounding his head in (even though he deserves a beating for such actions). Before I go on, I want to hear what more of ya's have to say on this one.

From the each perspective here...
Guy outside: There's really no way to tell why the majority of this really got heated up in the first place, the camera was rolling after this started happening... So in this guy's defense, it's entirely possible that he had been the one being harassed up until this point... However, judging by his actions, it's really not likely, and if anything this guy just needed to get his ass kicked. He had multiple opportunities to just walk away, or leave, and instead he continued to antagonize until the point of retaliation. He got his just deserts.
Guy inside: I can't blame him for hitting the guy, he had a lot of pent up aggression towards that guy, the other guy's lucky to have gotten off with just a solid punch like that... Granted, the guy did hit him with a cheap shot, when the other guy turned his head, but still, the other guy was asking for it the whole time... He did what he did, and while he could have just driven away, or left, I can't blame him because I probably would've hit the guy too.
Cops: They did their job, both guys took swings, both guys get put in cuffs. That's how it is, and they handled it pretty well. The lead officer responded quickly and aggressively, and instantly took control of the situation, which quickly ended any possibility of anything going poorly after his arrival. Nice job on getting that guy off the ground and in cuffs, too, the cop wasn't fooling around, he knew the guy on the ground was milking the punch.
All in all, I blame the guy outside the window, but the guy on the inside is to blame somewhat too, even though he was justified.

Its really hard to know what happened, due to the fact that the incident was already unfolding. The camera caught the middle, not the beginning, so its hard to know just who started this. As someone else pointed out though, judging by what we saw, I'd say the guy outside was the initial cause. Again, I may be wrong, but I guess we'll never know unless we see the entire thing.
The guy in the car seemed to be having a hard time getting out of his own car, due to the guy on the outside closing the door. I suppose he could have rolled up the window, although thats not necessarily going to work due to the fact that the guy outside could have forced it down, breaking the closing mechanism. He could have just driven away or forward.
The guy outside IMO, got what he deserved. I think that the cops took charge of the situation and handled it very well.

Yes, showing half of it is not as much evidence against either side. Although, the guy outside the car had no right to do anything he did no matter what the guy in the car said. You gotta be able to handle words...words do not harm people.
The guy in the car deserved at least that much. Plus the humiliation of being on youtube and then on this forum so everyone can see what an asshole he is. I guarantee he gets laughed at for this. You see the amount of hits on that video?
