This is something I did in 1995. It was with ESPY-TV...it showed in NY and Northern Jersey and I think southern CT. I had nothing to do with this being on Youtube.com. Plus, this is NOT all Kuntao stuff. THere is some gappling and some Dumog being shown here also.

I really like this video. There's a little of the history of Kun Tao and some of the philosophy of how Ron teaches it. I also like that (despite being a beginner) I can see the difference between pure Kun Tao from class and the less lethal, but no less effective, grappling and how they could possibly blend. Not to mention that wild hair.

wow, when i first met you your ahir was long. the second time i went there you cut it. i think you said someone pulled your hair in a fight and you almost killed him. lol, i would pull your hair.

good video. i like the techniques in there. i looked it up on youtube also. why do they call it a kuntao video? i see some of your other styles in there also.

I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.

Wow, in looking at this video again, I really used to blend the styles quite a bit back then. To me, I thought i was getting everyone to come to my conclusion. I also thought it was to dam much to learn. So I eventually seperated all the systems. It was my way to give credit to the system these techniques came from.

However, I look at it now and those fighting methods do not look that bad. I guess you add Kuntao Dumpag into anything and you have good stuff. Well, almost anything!
